What we do
Umwana Ninkundi Ejoheza (UNEH) is dedicated to empowering and uplifting vulnerable children, youth, and women in Rwanda. Through a range of targeted programs, we provide support, skills, and resources to foster resilience, independence, and a brighter future.
Rehabilitation and Reintegration for Street Children
We offer street children a pathway back to family and community life through safe housing, emotional support, and educational reintegration. Our holistic approach helps children find stability, purpose, and a sense of belonging, enabling them to transition to healthier, happier lives.
Education and Academic Support
Education is central to our mission. We provide school sponsorships, materials, and mentorship for children and youth who lack access to schooling. Our goal is to give every child the opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
Vocational Training and Skills Development
For youth and women, we offer practical vocational training in trades like tailoring, carpentry, shoemaking, and agriculture. Our skills development programs also include entrepreneurship and business management, giving participants the tools they need to launch successful businesses or secure employment
